Job Overview:
Office Administrator/Bookkeeper for United Church in University Place. Part-time position, 4 days a week 3-4 hours per day $23-$25 per hour. Must be highly organized and professional. Duties:
- Create monthly newsletter
- Produce weekly bulletin using Word
- Send out weekly constant contact communications
- Set up zoom meetings
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks and monthly payroll for 3 employees
- Maintain an organized Office, answer emails, take phone messages
- General Office Administration task
- complete annual reports using Word and Excel
- Experienced working in PC environment and organizing record keeping in both soft and hard copy, utilizing excel, Word and PowerPoint
Skills:
- Must have 3-years or more office administration experience
- Must be highly organized and excellent time management
- Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products
- Experience with layout and design of communication pieces.
- Experience with QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with zoom and setting meetings up on zoom
- Ability to setup and maintain business, historical records, and vendor files.
- Communicate and maintain constant contact
- Payroll experience a plus
- Front office people facing position professional environment.
- Some college business administration courses would be helpful to be successful in this position.
- Some experience with google docs may be helpful
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
