Receptionist
Our ideal associate would have a background in sales, social media, and customer service. This person would love interacting with clients as they walk in and interact with our students and their parents. They would be friendly, approachable, and compassionate! With over 800 young students, our receptionist would find joy in meeting these students and influencing their day in a positive manner. During quiet periods, this person would manage our social media ad campaigns and keep communication open. During busier periods, they would assist clients in enrolling in classes, and respond to client communications. The primary goal for the receptionist is to help our clients and staff feel that they are welcomed, loved, and appreciated.
Organize Office – Must be willing to do the following
- Cleaning break room, office area, front desk area, bathrooms, benches
(Including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting).
- Refill office supplies or notify management of supply shortage.
- Assist in facility maintenance as needed. Familiarity with the following software is preferred:

Social Media
Social media needs to be posted and updated daily. Popular posts should be tracked, highlighted, and communicated to management. Staying informed on current trends, hashtags, and software is vital to success in this role. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Communication
Interdepartmental communication including synthesizing information and relaying it to clients and other staff is vital to this role. Working under loud and busy conditions during certain parts of the day is a regular occurrence.
- Communicate with other office staff to ensure consistent communication with clients
- Remain professional in person, on phone calls, through email, and text.
- Relay information to appropriate department heads and/or management when necessary
- Understand policies and procedures and be able to communicate this information to clients
- Know special events, deadlines, and fundraisers and keep the master calendar updated accordingly
This position wears a lot of hats which calls for someone to be organized and have exceptional follow up skills. Bilingual is a plus.
This position is part-time and we are looking to fill a specific shift. There is the opportunity for more hours and/or full time for someone who can show growth and readiness for a higher role. Schedule generally remains consistent outside of holiday closures or occassional events. Extra hours are available as a sub, or in an additional role.

- Applicant should be willing to follow our uniform policies, which includes higher than usual standards for professional appearance, wearing a company issue top, all black bottoms, and athletic shoes. No visible tattoos, piercings other than the ears, or hair colorations outside of the natural spectrum of hair colors. (i.e no blue, green, etc.)
Shift 1: Tues/Thurs 3:05pm-9pm, Saturday 7:45am - 2pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
