Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Land Water Light. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to leadership through proactive and task-based work, serve as additional customer response and support, and provide some general administrative assistance to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Email and phone management/organization for owner (G Suite)
- Scheduling and documentation of meetings for owner
- Identifying critical tasks for CEO and delegating/executing non-critical.
- Identifying and providing solutions for operational systems.
- Research into technology-based solutions for various operational improvements
- CRM Management (Hubspot)
- Marketing and outreach for prospecting.
- Social media assistance
- Scanning and logging of Accounts Payable items received through mail and digitally.
- Management of updating of design and construction software as needed.
- Assist with compliance items such as COIs, lien releases, etc.
- Assist with procurement of materials or subcontractors.
- Generally helping free up time for leadership so they can be more effective.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Friendly and engaging
- Comfortable with technology, software, and data formats (Xcel)
- Strong executive support capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or related role
- Experience with luxury markets or high net-worth clients.
Degree in business administration preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
