Associate Project Manager

Essential Job Functions:
Position responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

Prepare and develop project schedules, resources and forecasts to complete the project.

Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.

Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and on track.

Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

Provide business reports regarding project status, risks and decisions to be escalate to Sr Management.

Facilitate stakeholders through the project management lifecycle; ensure cross-functional team alignment to achieve project milestones.

Adhere to project timelines and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Continuously evaluate project risks, identify and mitigate any potential risks and develop contingency plans.

Document project management process through the use of project management tools and reports.

Create a work environment that supports cross-functional team effectiveness.

Take ownership of project outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
Experience:
-
3+ years of MS Project experience
-
2+ years of Agile/SCRUM experience
-
3+ years of Medical Device industry experience
Skills (Required):

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

Reliable; Ability to work as a team and handle multiple requests at any given time

Self-starter and problem solver

Must be detail oriented, organized, flexible, and practical
Physical:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on several factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our employees and their dependents, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a generous PTO policy, and new hire stock options.
