As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading procurement & finance technology implementation projects. In this role you will manage multiple projects from initiation to project close, in varying stages of development, and across various technology platforms. Role Summary:

Be an individual and team contributor able to employ creative problem solving to ensure a project’s success

Build, develop, and manage the project team, project plan, and schedule

Coordinate with client and technology partner Project Managers

Review legal documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), for key project deliverables, milestones, and scope of work
-
Work with client stakeholders to identify project success criteria
-
Prepare and deliver presentations to client stakeholders, including senior executives
-
Schedule and host client-facing workshops, status meetings, and ad-hoc meetings to ensure project timeliness
-
Fully document and communicate workshop deliverables, agendas, meeting minutes, key decisions, status reports, and project risks

Contribute to thought leadership by developing delivery methodology, white papers, and best practices
-
Assist in the sales process by identifying gaps between project scope of work and client business needs

Travel could reach up to 50%
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Degree in business, administration, or a related field
-
Prior implementation, consulting, and/or project management experience required
-
At least 4 years’ experience in procurement, finance, and/or technology solutions
-
Domain experience in some of the following: project management, technology implementations, contract management, supplier management, procurement, AP automation, strategic sourcing, change management, user training, training development, and/or procurement operations (fulfillment)

Proven record of supporting and/or managing the implementation of improvement projects or technologies relating to the source to pay process
-
Adaptive to change, having comfort in fast-changing work environment

Provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities

Ability to define and carry out project plans and modeling architecture with minimal supervision

Articulate key messages clearly and explain project details to end users, stakeholders, and executive level audiences

Outstanding written and verbal communication (including presentation) skills are required

Expertise with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

Anticipatory thinking, proactive planning, and creative problem solving
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Refined organization skills

Capable of tracking multiple project timelines, teams, deliverables, and workstreams, both in present project phases and upcoming project phases

PMP or equivalent certification, or willingness to certify, is preferred
