Job Coaching can be very beneficial and exciting for both the employee and the trainer.
Job coaches must be able to assist the jobseeker in identifying personal interests, which lead to a job of choice in the community.
- Job coaches must understand the business community and how individuals with disabilities add value to the workplace.
- Job coaches must identify workplace supports that assist the individual with a disability in becoming employed today instead of requiring the individual to get ready for a job someday!
You would be working with an individual that has a disability but is deemed employable by the state of Texas at a specific work site. This is a rewarding job, and we have FUN making the students dreams come true!!! COME AND JOIN US!!!!
Prior Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
This position is part-time, Great for college students in the SPED field, other retired SPED instructors or teachers.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent as general education requirement for this position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
Expected hours: 6 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
