About the Role
At PPI, we are embarking on ambitious growth plans, aiming to double in size within the next 4 to 5 years. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our international growth and development initiatives. You will be a key member of project implementation teams, responsible for delivering and executing tasks to implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the full project life cycle, including preparation, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Finance solution
- Collaborate closely with the Functional Lead to design and develop functional processes that enhance the capabilities and user-friendliness of Dynamics 365 finance and operations development.
- Advocate for the benefits and key features of Dynamics 365 FO, showcasing its core capabilities and facilitating its adoption within the company
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the development and implementation phases
- Ensure effective communication of changes and updates to the Dynamics solution to relevant stakeholders
- Provide end-user implementation, training and support
- Collaborate with external developers to devise and implement solutions
Qualifications
- 6+ years in functional consulting, specifically in the implementation of D365 Finance and Operations (FO)
- 6+ years of D365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience
- 6+ years of D365 Project Operations (PO) experience
- Strong analytical abilities for business analysis and solution requirements identification using D365
- Technical functional knowledge in two or more of following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Customer-oriented focus with extensive experience in client-facing roles
- Understanding of business management and service management concepts
- Proficient in reporting tools, particularly Power BI, with some development experience
- Skilled in designing and implementing training methods, and adept at coordinating interdepartmental projects
- Preferred candidate possesses familiarity with engineering companies and finance/accounting principles, including % of completion, asset charging to projects, and recalculating hourly rates.
- Experience working on international projects with excellent communication and result-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other corporate offices
Education
- University degree in Finance, Computer Science, or similar field
- Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency is an advantage
