We're a restoration company looking for an office assistant to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will possess a friendly disposition, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. Must be reliable and organized.
- Familiarity with restoration company work preferred.
Job duties & responsibilities
- MUST be available Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm, with some overtime possible
- Answering & returning phone calls in a timely manner
- Provide basic and accurate information about our services to clients
- Schedule appointments with clients
- Provide administrative support with marketing materials, thank you letters, etc.
- Data entry (updating spreadsheets, filling out client worksheets)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior reception or office experience preferred, but not required
- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive & its products, and various office computer software
- Familiarity with the use of general office equipment such as email, fax, scanners, printers and phones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
