Japanese Bilingual Senior Customer Service Associate
- Full-Time or Part Time
- M-F; 8AM-5PM
- Direct Hire
- Pay: $21.5-25.5/hour
- Irvine, CA (In-Office)
Duties for Japanese Bilingual Senior Customer Service Associate
- Phone and email customer service
- Communicate with providers
- Prepare documentation and work closely with the rest of the team.
- research and document request with providers
- claim processing, billing process to clients
- coaching and training other CSRs.
Requirements for Japanese Bilingual Senior Customer Service Associate
- Japanese language skills (Keigo)
- English Business level
- Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- Basic computer operations skills.
- At least one year of working experience required
- Accuracy of work, leadership and coaching skill is required
