Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support: Conduct comprehensive online research for business and personal matters.
2. Master Scheduler: Expertly coordinate and manage appointments and schedules for the CEO and their children
3. Organizational Maestro: Scan, file, and meticulously organize important documents and records, maintaining a seamless information flow.
4. Lifestyle Concierge: Run essential errands, from grocery shopping to overseeing dry cleaning pickups, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily life.
5. Financial Guru: Check and manage bank accounts, write checks, and oversee financial transactions with precision and accuracy.
6. Household Harmony: Supervise and communicate with household staff, fostering a cohesive and well-functioning environment.
7. Administrative Virtuoso: Provide vital administrative support for the CEO's business, including adept email management and data entry.
8. Travel Maestro: Take charge of making travel arrangements, ensuring seamless journeys for the CEO with meticulous attention to detail.
9. Communication Maven: Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a personal assistant, preferably in a family-focused environment.
· Strong organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
· Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various online productivity tools.
· Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Working Conditions:
· Work from the CEO's home office in Beverly Hills and occasionally at her office in Beverly Hills.
· Direct support during regular business hours, typically from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
· Flexibility for occasional changes to hours with prior notice, accommodating the CEO's dynamic schedule.Ability to Commute/Relocate:
· Relocation or reliable commuting to Beverly Hills, CA 90210 required.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year in a personal assistant role (Required)
License/Certification:
