**Job Summary:**
Alpha Tool & Mold, Inc. is currently seeking skilled and experienced Tool and Die Makers to join our team. We are a tool and die manufacturing company dealing mainly with precision machining work as well as plastic, wax, and ceramic core dies. You will be building and repairing all forms of tooling (including dies, tools, gauges, fixtures, and molds). Candidates need to demonstrate an ability to meet job requirements, problem solve, and work cooperatively with other team members. No Production Machinists, this is low volume precision machining environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work with project managers to manufacture and assemble dies and tools according to drawings.
- Set up and operate various machines including Bridge Ports, mills, grinders, and lathes.
- Interpret 2D files or prints and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Inspect and verify conformance to specifications on machined parts.
- Ability to run a Sinker or Wire EDM (is a plus but not mandatory)
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker or precision machinist for low volume precision parts.
- Experience in the tool and die industry dealing mainly with precision machining work as well as plastic, wax, and ceramic core dies. (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
