Job Summary:
We are seeking an expereicned Security Technician to join our team.In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients through the installation, testing, and maintenance of various electronic security systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a variety of systems, including fire alarms, access control systems, CCTV cameras, and intrusion detection systems
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to all codes and regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of existing systems
- Train clients on the operation and use of their systems
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all aspects of your work
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a security installation technician
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to be on call every 5 weeks
- Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:
- Prior seucrity system installaiton/service expereince
- Prior cabling, IT, or field trade experience
- Aptitude for electronics and technology
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic competences
- Eagerness to lean and desire to expand personal knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- System security: 1 year (Preferred)
