The Operations Software Manager ensures consistency of infrastructural tools and processes being used in RealPage systems and other compliance software solutions utilized by Mercy Housing Management Group, managing user setups and changes, supporting document management and compliance-related systems. Monitors and manages source control, maintenance, and configuration management systems. This position requires a solid knowledge of regulatory compliance in affordable housing and programs such as HUD, HOME, LIHTC, etc. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Pay: $85,000-110,000 per year + sign on bonus

Duties:
- Reads and understands regulatory agreements for affordable housing programs including HUD, LIHTC, and HOME in order to ensure software programs are set up correctly and properties are in compliance with program requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of technical innovations, trends, and best practices; makes recommendations for new software and hardware.
- Manage and maintain user security roles and permissions.
- Manage RealPage product orders.
- Optimize compliance settings within OneSite Leasing and Rents and update any changes such as income level adjustments.
- Develop and implement document management system that includes RealPage Document Director and RealPage Document Management other related systems. Provide document management support by maintaining system requirements. Upload and archive recorded and unrecorded documents, managing metadata process in accordance with organizational standards, and Help Desk tickets within document management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current compliance certifications for Tax Credit and HUD.
- Minimum 2-3 years working in OneSite Leasing and Rents Affordable settings.
- Experience in design of assessment and training tools.
- Experience in the use of property management / compliance monitoring software preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years in national / multi-regional property management, asset management, or housing regulatory organization / agency required.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of HUD, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Farmers Home programs, and other affordable housing programs.
