We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, business development, and possess exceptional leadership skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets
- Responsible for selling club memberships
- Prospect new business and clients
- Host club events
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals
- Responsible for creating marketing plan and implementing
- Responsible for all social media platforms
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing strategies
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure favorable terms
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns to promote products/services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and market insights
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team building and motivation
- Technical sales experience in a technology-driven industry is a plus
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a strategic mindset
- Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary along with commissions.
