This position is responsible for cleaning and servicing the restaurant and kitchen equipment in an orderly and sanitary manner within established health codes. Additionally, this position is responsible for the timely preparation of food product and performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
General Duties and Responsibilities

Washes and sanitizes all food & beverage operating equipment, including dishes, pots and pans, crystal and silverware.

Cleans and maintains kitchen to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.

Sweeps and mops floors.

Gathers and disposes of trash.

Preps assigned items to include, but no limited to; washing raw food products, peeling, dicing, shredding, cutting, and slicing food products.

Adheres to safety and sanitary procedures set forth by management and the health department.

Tournament preparation, setup and breakdown.

Spring and end of season closing cleaning.

Completes other tasks/assignments as assigned.
