Eye doctor seeking an outstanding, compassionate person with a strong customer service background and desire to make our patients happy! Must love working with people (children and adults alike), be genuinely positive and enthusiastic, and excel in working with a small team of employees. We will train the necessary eye care skills if you already have the customer service experience. You must be 100% committed to providing legendary customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary tests such as visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, eye muscle movements, retinal imaging, and visual field testing
- Assist in patient intake procedures including gathering medical history and performing initial assessments.
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to support optometrists during examinations.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and efficient clinic operations.
- Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their visit.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
