As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc. Further, the dishwasher must support the dishwashing station pristinely and safely. Major Responsibilities:
- Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc., into a dishwasher.
- Ensure that the water in the dishwasher is taken out on an hourly basis to remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and brought to the dumpster
- Responsible for rolling/unrolling mats to clean floors. Essential Physical Requirements:
- This position requires the employee to sit, climb, stoop, and kneel. The employee must tolerate long periods of being on their feet
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Basic Kitchen Knowledge a plus
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Be able to multitask due to the high volume of the restaurant
