Job description
Operate and maintain one or more CNC Machines to ensure part quality and on-time delivery for our customers. The CNC Operator role is responsible for not only running the machine but maintaining the machine as well.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining wear in accordance with part specifications
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints
- Inspect tools for defects using quality control tools
- Consistently evaluates the quality of the finished product coming off the CNC machine through visual inspection and use of measurement tools
- Communicate quality issues to leadership
- Maintain machinery on a daily basis to ensure functionality
- Deburr and clean parts as directed
- Record and document data as directed
- Other duties, as needed
Experience / Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification from qualified training institution preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Previous CNC Operator experience required
- Fanuc control experience preferred
Skills / Abilities
- Strong math skills required to perform day to day operation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to use a variety of manual measuring tools to include calipers, micrometers, gage pins, and other inspection equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds into machines
- Prolonged periods of standing at machine

Pay:
· Entry Level: $17-19
· Mid-Level (2-5 years): $20-24
· Experienced (5+ years): $25+
