Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Business, Finance or Accounting
- Certification in Finance, ERP, and/or Oracle NetSuite
- Has a good track record in Oracle NetSuite ERP Implementation and Support
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Has strong technical knowledge of NetSuite
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
- Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needs.
- Can provide ongoing systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Can liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
- Can confidently provide support across departments.
- Create and document efficient NetSuite processes.
- Map and develop processes based on business requirements.
- In-depth understanding of NetSuite functionalities related to finance and accounting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Must have US Accounting experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Role Overview:
- Serve as the team's expert in NetSuite Finance
- Perform business analysis and process mapping as part of the automation of the business processes.
- Lead requirements gathering, and assessment vs NetSuite capabilities.
- Handle the implementation of the NetSuite system.
- Get involved in the configuration, migration, User Acceptance Testing, and roll-out of Oracle NetSuite ERP Application
- Support data import process and migration.
- Maintain NetSuite updates.
- Provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
