General Manager Job Description:
We are looking to hire someone friendly, driven, humble, and ready to join our close-knit team as the General Manager of our Prairie Village location!
You will lead and manage all aspects of our Prairie Village swim school to provide world-class customer service in a cutting-edge facility that delivers outstanding swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots standards of excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have Management, HR and Customer Service experience and have evening availability and be able to work 1 day each weekend.

An aquatics background is not needed. However, each General Manager will go through our Swim Instructor program and may be asked on occasion to teach lessons.

Schedule:
-Typically 8-10 hours/day during the week, but flexible and based on the needs of your school
-Weekends must be available
-Significant (paid) time off for holidays and additional closed days monthly
Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to):
-Use our Core Values to ensure families feel welcome and taken care of
-Build trust and a sense of community/family for staff and families
-Create a capable team of front desk staff and swim instructors that embody our core values
-Ensure the facility is well maintained and family-ready before, during, and after operating hours
-Maintain organized point-of-sale and marketing systems to allow ease of use by the front desk
-Ensure the school is financially healthy by being motivated to make goals and allocate resources to better serve the community
