```Duties```
- Provide dental care and treatment to patients of all ages
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Use dental instruments and equipment to perform procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
```Requirements```
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Proven experience as a dentist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic for medical coding and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus
- In-depth understanding of dental anatomy, oral health, and diseases
