Bookkeeper responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, time management skills, and attention-to-detail
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Statement,
- Collating and entering vendor expenses.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, Word)
- Bilingual (English & Chinese)
