Job Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales Technical Support:
- Provide pre-sales technical support for our application systems in the securities industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored technical solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
2. Customer Requirements Analysis:
- Collect and analyze demand information from customers in the region.
- Provide timely feedback and support to customers, ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Offer product data and information support to help customers make informed decisions.
3. Technical Consultation:
- Serve as a technical consultant, offering expert advice on the implementation and optimization of Finsmart solutions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
4. Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer requirements are integrated into product enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, technical solutions, and best practices.
5. Other Responsibilities:
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- 3 years of experience in technical or business development in the finance and securities industry.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role.
2. Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong technical research abilities with the capacity to analyze and summarize problems independently.
- Proficiency in document writing and the creation of technical documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant application systems and technologies in the securities industry is a plus.
4. Customer Service:
- Excellent customer service awareness with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Personal Attributes:
- Strong learning ability and adaptability to new technologies and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
