Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, this leader is responsible for developing strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class services, including consulting, implementation, and educational services. The Microsoft Security Architect works to build and scale the organization in a market-disrupting and transparent manner to provide secure and compliant outcomes for our customers.
The selection criteria shall focus on an individual with deep technical skills, excellent writing and oral presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to successfully work as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of Armor’s current and future customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and implement security solutions within Microsoft 365 to protect against threats.

Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 services.

Configure and manage security features within Microsoft Defender Security suite and Entra ID.

Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify weaknesses.

Provide expert guidance on security best practices and emerging threats.

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff proficiency in relevant technologies.

Act as the final escalation point for expert-level issues before involving third-party vendors.

Guide IT and business teams on innovations in Managed Detection and Response (MDR)

Research new technologies to align MDR services with industry trends.

Document design specifications and deployment procedures.

Represent the organization at security conferences and deliver workshops.
