Duties:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for volleyball players
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of volleyball
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve player performance
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games
Experience:
- Previous experience coaching volleyball at the high school or college level
- Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of volleyball
- Experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among players
- Background in physical education or childcare is beneficial
