The Role

Join Chrisland Engineering, a leading civil engineering firm located in Lebanon, PA, as a Civil Designer/Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in a variety of civil engineering projects. As a critical team member, you'll be immersed in projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to industrial and agricultural ventures. The position will include a wide range of drafting responsibilities and will be involved in all aspects of the design and approval process.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm, with employees working a flexible schedule between 6 am and 6 pm. This allows for a 4-day work week with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop survey base maps, sketch plans, and design layouts for subdivisions and land development.
· Make plan revisions based on reviewer feedback and designer redlines.
· Produce plan sets, reports, letters, etc. for project submissions.
· Prepare comprehensive construction cost estimates.
· Participate in municipal meetings to discuss projects and secure approvals.

The Person
· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
· Prior experience in Project Management will be a strong advantage.
· Familiarity with site layout, grading, and design is a plus.
· Proficiency in Carlson Civil, Autodesk Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
· Exceptional communication and organizational prowess.
