Job Duties:
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding service questions
- Accounts Receivables
- Scheduling
- Sales
- Resolving general customer concerns
- Communicating with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- No cold calling required!!
- Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm
- Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
Job Requirements:

- Would recommend at least 1 year of customer service experience
