Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, residents, and board members within our managed communities. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive community relations and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between residents, board members, and management, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, portal, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate community events, meetings, and communications to enhance resident engagement and foster a sense of community spirit.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing community databases.
- Collaborate closely with Community Association Managers (CAMs) and other office staff to address homeowner questions, process requests, and facilitate prompt resolution of resident concerns.
- Support the board of directors by providing training for homeowner portal, attending meetings, and coordinating requests of owners.
- Promote adherence to community rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and educating residents as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, community relations, or property management preferred.
- A unwavering desire to learn and grow knowledge in a challenging but rewarding field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with community management software is a plus.
- Understanding of HOA or condo association operations and governing documents preferred - But not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
