JOB OVERVIEW:
Hearing Aid company with 33 locations is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator that is dependable, self-motivated, and organized with excellent phone skills. Must project a warm and charming personality over the phone and in person and must have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone that can work both independently and with direction.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting patients, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering the phone and taking clear and concise messages
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Making CRM and patient record entries a consistent basis
- Assisting with insurance verification and billing processes
- General administration and organization of the office
- Any tasks that are assigned by the manager
SKILLS:
- Highly organized, with good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Excellent phone manner
