Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Paradise Valley Spas to customers who visit our store. We will train you with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently recommend the right products and solutions for each customer.
Responsibilities:
- Open the store in accordance with the opening procedures ensuring readiness for guests and the operational excellence of the store is maintained.
- Ensure the store is clean and inventory is well stocked and organized.
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions, recommending products and solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Complete cashier duties.
- Work may occasionally involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Close the store nightly in accordance with the closing procedures.
Experience:
- 2+ years of retail or customer support experience
Eligibility:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
- Must have reliable transportation method
