The Big Task
Being the point of contact for all purchase orders that come in from our technicians and seeing each order through to completion. If you're a multi-tasking extraordinaire with an eye for details - we're looking for you !
Key Sub Tasks

Answer incoming calls from Technicians, Managers, Comfort Consultants, etc. who require a Purchase Order for material or equipment to complete an install or service job.
- Complete all Purchase Order requests within the required timeframe while maintaining a high-level of accuracy.

Coordinate equipment reservations, pickups and/or deliveries with various vendors.

Source material and/or equipment for Install and/or Service jobs - using best practices by acquiring products and services at competitive prices.

Investigate pricing discrepancies directly with vendors, as needed.

Transfer physical records into digital system.

Register all new equipment installed with various vendors

Enters installed equipment information in Service Titan (Description, model, serial numbers, warranty).
- Process all warranty claims with various vendors.
- Maintain the warranty spreadsheet with all pertinent information regarding the warrant claim.

Designate warranty credits to their proper business unit as they are sent from our vendors.

Update/Maintain tasks on jobs in Service Titan regarding install jobs, nonstock parts, and warranties.
- Place daily filter orders for Member customers.
- Update each job with filter order tracking information.

Preferred Qualities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, personal integrity and the ability to work with a wide-range of individuals

Quick and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Self-motivated
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Service Titan experience helpful.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to perform all tasks in a timely and effective manner
