What does success look like?
- Days 0-30: You‘re observing, learning and understanding the culture. You’re seeing how you’ll be helping your team and how they’ll be aiding your growth.
- Days 30-90: You’re beginning to be hands on with all systems. You may not be owning every system yet but you have your hands on the wheel when it comes to operations. You’ve definitely broken a few things and that’s OK, it’s the best way to learn.
- Days 90-180: You‘re autonomous and you are in charge of all systems. You don’t need someone holding your hand but you’re always collaborating. You’re also beginning to see how things can improve and you’re mapping out ways to enact change.
- Days 180-365: You own the operations. You hold team members accountable and you’re owning the entire process of creating new systems to seeing them role out. At this point you understand how operations influence revenue and you can see your changes lead to growth in all areas.
- Day 365: You’ve shown that you have leadership abilities to not get stuck in the weeds and what’s needed to make the gears turn properly. You're a change agent within the organization and you have a team you lead.
