Job description – Brand Support Specialist
RivrHub serves as a premier brand management and fulfilment service firm that focuses its efforts on clients needing assistance with their Amazon presence. RivrHub helps clients achieve their goals in terms of image and sales on Amazon, handles the entire fulfilment and inventory management process, and provides timely reporting that summarizes these activities for the client.
Role Summary:
Assisting the team in maintaining a represented brand’s outward Amazon image through the development of brand elements and strategies, and daily oversight/measurement/reporting of brand performance.
The role requires an experienced professional with strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Monitor Brand Performance in advertising efforts, product listing quality, inventory levels & account health
· Perform checks about brand consistency
· Assist with maintaining brand’s e-commerce goals and communicate issues to appropriate teams
· Generate and analyze reports to share insights into sales, conversion rates, returns on advertising, etc.
· Research market trends and SEO opportunities
· Collaborate with brand manager and creative teams on brand projects that drive growth and visibility
Required:
· AA/AS Degree or 4 years proven experience in Administrative/ Support Role
· Detail-oriented
· Forward thinking
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong Analytical skills
· Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
