We are seeking a Territory Manager to take charge of developing and nurturing an assigned territory while building enduring customer relationships. Your primary objectives will include maximizing account penetration, ensuring customer retention, and driving new business growth.
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Implement a structured account management process to identify customer needs and develop targeted action plans. Continuously assess customer requirements and market opportunities to proactively engage with strategic sales initiatives.
- Account Retention: Foster consistent communication with customers, providing comprehensive support on products and programs. Collaborate with clients to identify growth areas and execute tailored programs to achieve mutual objectives.
- New Business Development: Convert leads into viable opportunities by executing effective sales strategies. Strategically organize your territory, identifying and pursuing potential new business avenues. Drive dealer recruitment efforts with persistence and confidence, including proactive cold calling.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely reports as required by senior management. Analyze sales metrics and trends to optimize customer potential and achieve predefined goals effectively.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration/Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A clean driving record.

Pay: $71,030.30 - $85,541.87 per year
