Overview:
Position: National Account Director, Experiential Marketing
Location: Remote, United States
As the National Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of experiential marketing of our clients' luxury, high-profile brand portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass the management and growth of national client accounts aimed at bolstering unit growth and strengthening brand equity throughout North America. You will oversee initiatives in collaboration with esteemed partners such as professional major-league sports, celebrities, and high-profile events, etc.

Oversight, leadership, development, and management of brand projects, campaigns, and budgets

Manage all internal resources to drive program development and execution

Create budgets for national and incremental programming

Management and development of Account Manager and Account Coordinator

Create and present client presentations and program recaps

Drive leadership of business, including agency status meetings, operational strategy, planning process, etc.

Oversee fiscal management and tracking

Conduct pre-planning, management, and implementation for events, i.e., contract review, activation plans, budgets, briefs, guides, etc.

Other responsibilities to ensure executional excellence for all National Programs, Regional Programs, and ad-hoc events
Qualifications:

Study all relevant information provided to the agency by the client or its designee with respect to the products.

Analyze and advise the client about sales and marketing opportunities and other below-the-line advertising opportunities in the markets;

Participate in integrated meetings and conference calls regarding the products, provided that the agency receives reasonable advance notice of these meetings and conference calls;

Participate in annual product planning meetings, provided that the agency receives reasonable advance notice of the meetings;

Provide program recap reports in a timely manner as reasonably requested by the client;

Provide general administrative services necessary to implement the performance of the services, including without limitation collecting required information regarding on-premise events;

Prepare and maintain a weekly calendar of promotional events;

Manage the personnel in the staffing plan (as defined herein) as such staffing plan may be amended from time to time, including recruiting, evaluating, and training of personnel in the staffing plan;

Manage event execution schedule;

Communicate important account information to the commercial teams;

Coordinate event quality control, maintain point of sale ("POS") inventory and manage bar spends and gratuity while managing project budget
Additional Information
This is a full time, hyrbrid position open to those legally eligible to work within the United States. The ideal candidate should be available to collaborate remotely with our teams and be responsive to project needs and deadlines and be based in New York, EST time zone timeline where the major client is located.
