Registered Financial Service Associate
Works with an entire team to coordinate all prospect and client service activities, with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical to building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the practice. This individual will provide a high level of executive and customer service support so that advisors can focus their efforts of growing the practice through marketing and sales activities.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings.
- Analyze investment statements and fund holdings to input information into a spreadsheet for review.
- Prepare financial planning reports via software.
- Participate in client and prospect meetings to assist the Advisor in taking notes.
- Assist in prospecting seminar events.
- Follow the guidelines provided to achieve goals and that support business targets in collaboration with management.
- Assist in company projects and meeting expectations with team members and management.
- Business processing and follow through (entering data, account establishment, and asset transfers), dealing with outside assets, mutual fund, annuity and insurance companies.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of financial services industry
- Licenses and credentials: Series 7, 63, 66, and/or 65 preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Undergraduate degree
A recent college graduate may be considered for the position with specific qualifications.
Skills
- Strong industry and product knowledge preferred, specifically annuity products
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, spreadsheet capabilities are a must
- Ability to work independently and effectively with a close-knit team in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
