A custom luxury home builder is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a custom
spec home projects located in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles.
Role:
As a Construction Manager, you will have direct and immediate oversight of assigned projects
and responsibility for general oversight and management of all onsite construction teams. Your
role as the ownership representative will leverage your expertise in design, construction, and
coordination to lead all aspects of the construction, construction review, and coordination. Your
leadership and expertise will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and
to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented,
have excellent communication skills, and have a thorough knowledge of ground-up residential
construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including pre-
construction planning, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Oversee and direct the contractor, subcontractors (through the contractor), and suppliers
to ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and ensure
adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Be the lead representative for ownership at all OAC meetings, GC related financial
meetings (Payment Applications, Budget, and Change Order reviews), and onsite design
meetings.
- Review all Payment Applications versus actual work completed within the field.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement
corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owner, architects,
engineers, contractor, and internal teams, to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or
related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track
record of overseeing luxury residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods, particularly in the
luxury residential sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and
warranty standards.
- Be tech savvy and skilled in using MS Project, Excel, Word, Gmail, ProCore, and other
construction management software’s.
- 30 Hour OSHA Certified (pref.), First Aid and CPR Certified.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Beverly
Hills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
