Trissential is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in the financial industry to join our client team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing technology portfolios for commercial and treasury businesses. They will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining commercial and treasury technology solutions, ensuring smooth transitions, integrations, and ongoing support. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to deliver simple, secure, and effective experiences. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.
Responsibilities:
Business Relationship Management:

Solutions Development:

Develop functional and technical specifications and prepare business cases

Research and evaluate potential technology solutions
Solutions Delivery:

Implement, integrate, and manage commercial and treasury technology systems

Administer routine changes, validation, and reporting cycles

Manage system conversions related to mergers and acquisitions

Communicate effectively within the organization and support audit evaluations
Solutions Management:

Ensure technology systems are highly available and operational

Resolve support issues within defined service levels

Maintain and update processes and procedures

Facilitate knowledge transfer within enterprise technology
Supplier Relationship Management:

Research and support continuous improvement of technology solutions

Assist in the selection and management of third-party relationships

Coordinate vendor demonstrations and solution assessments
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in a commercial bank

3+ years of experience managing a technology portfolio for commercial and/or treasury businesses

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma fundamentals is preferred

Benefits:
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
