We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales and customer support team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations between our sales, customer care, and logistics departments.
Position Summary
The Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and coordination among various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
· Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all external parties. As a company representative, uphold a hospitable and clear communication approach.
· Enter and review sales orders to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
· Track all machine orders in the internal ERP system from order entry to installation.
· Interact directly with customers to prepare and issue necessary documents, such as order verification reports, and send tracking information upon machine shipment.
· Provide additional support to the shipping department as needed.
· Continuously work on improving processes and documentation.
· Develop long-term professional relationships with employees, vendors, external representatives, third-party dealers, and customers.
· Maintain accurate, compliant, and organized paper and electronic business records.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Requirements
· Exceptional Customer Support skills
· Intermediate computer skills
· Previous CRM / ERP working knowledge a plus
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong sense of time organization and urgency
· Able to work independently and within a team
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· 6 months retail, or customer service experience
· Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
· Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
Physical Requirements
Capable of lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 75 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, and walk for prolonged periods.

Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $26 per hour. This is a full time position.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. To be considered, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Renton, WA.
