OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Join a team of professionals working with federal, state, and county government agencies to support their enterprise content management (ECM) efforts and board meeting requirements. Must be able to work independently. This career should be undertaken by someone with get-it-done talents, someone who is on top of things, proactive, conscientious, diligent, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Process agenda books, ensuring they are done accurately and on time.
- Perform enterprise content management (ECM), including capturing, storing, activating, analyzing and automating business content to provide new value from previously unstructured and unavailable data.
- Organize and track agenda documentation electronically and in paper form.
- Establish and maintain tight control over all documents processed through the system.
- Meet deadlines and output numbers.
- Maintain and update all databases that track projects, tasks, users, customers, guests, agendas, and other information in Bright Star operations/projects.
- Document processes and create easy-to-understand online help for Bright Star's BMS portal and software.
- Train new employees and customers in BMS processes, as necessary.
- Prepare information and reports, as necessary, regarding timesheets and productivity.
- Assess Bright Star processes and identify bottlenecks or potential areas for improvement.
- Perform a range of information-gathering and research activities both online and offline.
- Assist/support Bright Star customers.
- Submit status reports when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all Bright Star policies and procedures.
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as the company grows and changes.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint Online, Office 365, Teams, and project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or operations management or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of tracking methods.
- Focused on continuous improvement for the business and personal growth.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks/projects accordingly.
- Solid understanding of records management.

- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software.
- Minimum two years of experience in a professional business environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
