Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Take customer orders and prepare food items according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and food preparation
