```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support and supervision to students during classroom activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among students
- Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources
- Support students with individual needs, including those with special needs or English language learners
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with children, such as in early childhood education, preschool, childcare, nannying, or infant care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for working with children
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide appropriate support
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications)
