Jemms-Cascade is a customer centric focused organization where we provide customer support in a timely fashion as well as being the subject matter experts in our fields. We work with all the major manufacturers worldwide providing Nutrunner attachment technology and development.
We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative. This position will require 2-3 years of sales / customer service experience with an exceptional mechanical aptitude (Manual and/or CAD). Must enjoy working in a fun but rewarding environment.
Duties:
- Work with the sales department to provide quotes for new and existing customers.
- Work with the sales department to indentify and implement strategies to incease sales volumes.
- Help to develop new prospects and interact with existing customers primarily by email and phone.
- May be asked to conduct field visits with customers as necessary with assistance from outside sales.
- Work with engineering when new designs are generated to solve customer applications.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Help with the setuo of new customers in our ERP/CRM software and ensure they have all the required paperwork.
- Handle customer products when integrated to Jemms geartrains as well as managing the ERP paperwork and logistics.
Critical Skills:
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM Software.
- Associate Degree or equivalent work history.
