Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist for a part-time remote position. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer communication, delivering superior customer service, conducting comprehensive sales and product training, and managing sales activities. This role involves close collaboration with the sales management team to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. The Sales Specialist will have the opportunity to build and nurture long-term business relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Royal Foam’s products to architects, designers, contractors, and facility end users.
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies to expand sales through new accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues through effective communication.
- Provide in-depth product training to clients and prospective customers.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Expand the territory into new markets by leveraging the company’s unique and award-winning industry advantages.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record.
- Ability to deliver effective product training.
- Strong knowledge of sales management techniques.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based only. Compensation will be determined by the volume of sales achieved, with no fixed hourly wage.
- 100% commission, 1099 position
- $120,000 - $150,000 typical first year earnings
- UNCAPPED earning potential (Straight Commission)
- 40% of our sales force earns 6-figures with the top 10% earning over $200,000
- Three weeks training
