Richard's Kitchen Store is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team in Houma, LA. This individual will be entrusted with the accountability of helping maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate should have outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively process invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Compensation:
$16.50 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Process supplier invoices and credit notes.

Reconcile supplier and purchase orders.

Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable.
Qualifications:-
US Citizenship/Work Authorization.

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

Detail-oriented skills demonstrated through an assessment.

Microsoft Office skills demonstrated through an assessment.
