Exclusive medical spa practice is looking for a Patient Services Representative. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong background in customer service: Nordstrom, Hermes, The Ritz level of service is an expectation that our team meets every day. The right candidate must be able to perform at this level. A high sense of responsibility and accountability required.
The Patient Services Representative will work as part of a high performance team responsible for:
* Scheduling patients using a phone script
* Credentialing our office and our providers in-person and on the phone
* Providing patient education that will help our patients make decisions about their health
* Collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent customer/patient service
* Creating invoices, entering charges and collecting patient balances
* Greeting patients when they enter our practice
* Entering demographics and other information into our EMR
* Other tasks as requested by your supervisor or needed by your teammates
Knowledge of the plastic surgery / aesthetic world a bonus; Familiarity with practice management systems and EMR a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Positive attitude and a commitment to the acquisition of in-depth knowledge regarding medical spa services are a plus.
