**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel management. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk - Supervise staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Oversee reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure smooth processes - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service - Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial transactions - Conduct night audits as necessary to ensure accuracy in financial reporting **Experience:** - Proven experience in hotel management or a related field - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards - Familiarity with hotel booking systems and phone systems - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Join our team as a Hotel Manager to lead our hotel to success with your expertise in hospitality management and exceptional customer service skills.
