Job Summary:
I are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Accountant to join my team. This job is 15-25 hours per week. Can be mostly remote. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks.
Duties:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
-Gather information, review, and compile complex files on sensitive/confidential issues
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist in financial record-keeping (Full Charge Bookkeeping)
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Support financial auditing processes
Qualifications:
