Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage the company's general email inbox
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist in treatment to the therapists
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Coordinate projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Knowledge of medical duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is advantageous
