Job Description
This position will be responsible for eliciting requirements as the foundation for the
solution to the organization's business needs as it relates to the Real Property System
Online Project; identifying solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness
of the system, business process, or product/service to fulfill the business requirements.
Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its
business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with
technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
On a day-to-day basis the tasks to be performed may consist of:
- describing in a written document what the system must do in order to satisfy the
established business requirements
- validating requirements throughout the product/system development life cycle
(SDLC)
Qualifications
84 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
72 months experience with all phases of testing (i.e., system, integration, user acceptance and pilot) including the creation of use cases, test conditions, and review of output.
36 Months experience working with large databases, would contain over 15 million
records, or would be available for over 500 users
24 Months experience writing, trouble- shooting and running basic and complex SQL queries.
